Robert Reid, a 17-year-old teenager from Philadelphia, was tragically murdered on August 26, 2014. The incident took place on a basketball court at a playground located on the 2400 block of North 8th Street in North Philadelphia. On the morning of the shooting, at approximately 8:38 a.m., Philadelphia Police responded to a report and discovered Robert suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his arm and torso.
