In the summer of 2014, the life of 28-year-old Eugene Connelly was tragically cut short in a brazen daylight shooting in Philadelphia. On the morning of June 24th, at approximately 9:10 a.m., Connelly was inside his car on Archer Street near Butler when an unknown assailant opened fire, striking him twice in the chest.
