On January 19, 2014, Richard Muller, age 22, and his mother Donna Muller, 49, were tragically killed in their rowhome on the 300 block of Stevens Street in Northeast Philadelphia. The police responded to a call around 3:20 p.m. and found Donna Muller lying in the hallway on the second floor and Richard in a nearby bedroom.
