Hakeem Dunn, a 37-year-old Black male, was tragically shot on the 2200 block of North Chadwick Street in Philadelphia, PA, on the night of September 21, 2021. At approximately 2:20 a.m., Philadelphia Police officers responded to the scene and found Hakeem lying in the street, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite immediate medical attention and transportation to Temple University Hospital, Hakeem succumbed to his injuries that morning.
