David McFarlin, a 19-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on January 12, 2017, in Philadelphia, PA. He was shot multiple times in the 2400 block of 76th Avenue and was found lying on the highway by Philadelphia Police Officers. Despite being rushed to Albert Einstein Medical Center, David did not survive his injuries.
