In the early hours of a Friday in West Philadelphia, the life of 16-year-old Attim Frazier was tragically cut short. On May 18, 2007, just a block from his home on the 4100 block of Poplar Street, gunfire erupted at the intersection of 41st and Cumberland Streets. Police responded to reports of the shooting at approximately 12:45 a.m. and discovered the young man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
