A Hispanic / Latino male named Manuel “El Truco” Ramirez, aged 42, was shot and killed on April 22, 2014, in New Castle, Delaware. He was found in the Mobile Home Village Trailer Park, at lot 1 of 3115 New Castle Ave, suffering fatal gunshot wounds. Police arrived at about 7:09 PM to respond to a report of a shooting; Ramirez was discovered lying on the ground and pronounced dead at the scene.
