Murdered

On April 22, 2012, the body of 56-year-old Ronald Hardy from New Castle, Delaware, was discovered in the northside parking lot of the Delaware Truck Plaza on Route 13 near Route 40. A passerby found him around 9 a.m. The Office of the State Medical Examiner later classified his death as a homicide, though the exact cause was not publicly disclosed.
