In the community of Overview Gardens in New Castle, Delaware, a violent encounter on the evening of November 29, 2020, tragically ended the life of Eddie Johnson, a 33-year-old Black man. At approximately 5:00 p.m., officers from the New Castle County Division of Police were dispatched to Arbor Drive after reports of gunfire.
