In the quiet neighborhood of Darley Woods in New Castle, Delaware, a grim discovery was made on the evening of December 20, 2016. A Black/African American male, Jakeith Latham, a 34-year-old from Clayton, New Jersey, was found by a passerby lying unconscious on a sidewalk in the 1000 block of Linda Road.
