In the early hours of Sunday, August 20, 2023, a gathering of car enthusiasts in New Castle, Delaware, turned into a scene of tragedy. Seventeen-year-old Aaizeem Korden Brown, a Black male from New Castle, was attending an unsanctioned car meet at the Delaware Logistics Center located on Bear Corbitt Road.
