Murdered

On February 8, 2016, at approximately 6:50 p.m., 48-year-old Eric Pearson of Philadelphia was fatally shot outside a TGI Friday's restaurant located on the 100 block of N. Dupont Highway in New Castle, Delaware. Responding officers discovered Pearson in the parking lot with gunshot wounds to his torso; he was pronounced dead at the scene.
