Rev. Russell Otis Bailey, a 52-year-old white male, passed away on June 24, 2015, in Jessup, Georgia. Known affectionately as "Rusty," Rev. Bailey was a native of Glynn County and had spent most of his life in Long County. He was employed with Southeastern Fuel Transport (Sommer Oil Company) and was an ordained minister who frequently filled in at various churches. Rev.
