On the night of November 15, 2019, Zarkia Tarmaine Frazier, a 44-year-old African American man, was tragically shot and killed in Macon, Georgia. The incident occurred around 11 p.m. at a residence on Antioch Road, where a party was taking place. According to reports, three men dressed in dark clothing entered the house and began shooting.
