Tymeer Bailey, a 25-year-old man from New Castle, Delaware, was tragically murdered on April 25, 2016. The events surrounding his death unfolded in the early morning hours when Bailey was found with multiple gunshot wounds in the parking lot of an apartment complex in the 100 block of Murphy Road.
