Jamar Kilgoe, a 31-year-old resident of Wilmington, Delaware, was tragically shot and killed on February 16, 2015. The incident took place inside the Rose Hill Community Center in New Castle, Delaware, around 2:50 p.m. Kilgoe was reportedly in a basement recording studio within the community center when the shooting occurred.
