On the morning of October 28, 2021, Delaware State Police responded to a report of a male lying next to the Super Fuels gas station at 3006 New Castle Avenue in New Castle, Delaware. Upon arrival, officers discovered 32-year-old Dorian T. Wilson, who had suffered a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene.
