Tahjir N. Pipkin, a 19-year-old Black male from New Castle, Delaware, died on June 5, 2025, after being shot multiple times in the upper body in the Rose Hill Gardens neighborhood. He was rushed to Christiana Hospital, where despite life-saving efforts he was pronounced dead.
