Tahjir N. Pipkin, a 19-year-old Black male from New Castle, Delaware, died on June 5, 2025, after being shot multiple times in the upper body in the Rose Hill Gardens neighborhood. Police were called around 9:25 p.m. to the 100 block of Ryan Avenue, where officers found him wounded in a parking area.
