Black / African American Antoine Terry, age 24, was shot just after midnight on December 28, 2017, in the Arbor Place townhouses off Parma Avenue in New Castle, Delaware. Police were first alerted to gunfire around 10:42 p.m. on December 27, and shortly after 12:25 a.m. officers found him unresponsive with multiple gunshot wounds near 245 Parma Avenue, where he was pronounced dead at the scene. Local reports the same day identified the victim as a 24-year-old man from New Castle.
