Death by Force

On March 8, 2016, Quadir Whitney, aged 21, was shot and killed in Philadelphia. The incident occurred at around 6:25 p.m. on the 2100 block of North Van Pelt Street, where Philadelphia Police Officers found Quadir lying in the street with a gunshot wound to the neck. He was quickly transported to Temple University Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries later that evening.
