JyQuan Owens, a 25-year-old Black male, was tragically murdered on November 12, 2021, in Philadelphia, PA. At approximately 7:36 p.m., Philadelphia Police officers responded to a call at the 2400 block of West Cambria Street and found Owens suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was immediately transported to Temple University Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries later that evening.
