In the late hours of a Saturday night in Philadelphia, the West Oak Lane neighborhood was shattered by a triple homicide that claimed the life of 18-year-old Lamir Naseem Timms. On March 5, 2022, police responded to reports of gunfire and discovered a grim scene on the 6900 block of Cedar Park Avenue. Timms was found with a gunshot wound to his head, positioned next to a stolen Kia Sportage.
