Xzavier Gregory, 16, male, Hispanic/Latino, was shot in the chest on the afternoon of Saturday, October 11, 2025, in Philadelphia’s Rhawnhurst neighborhood and could not be saved. Officers were called at 3:54 p.m. to Frontenac and Teesdale streets, where they found him unresponsive; he was rushed to Jefferson Torresdale Hospital and pronounced dead a short time later.
