On October 10, 2024, at approximately 8:49 p.m., Philadelphia Police officers responded to a shooting incident on the 3700 block of North 15th Street in the Tioga neighborhood. Upon arrival, they discovered 37-year-old Thomas Debose, a resident of Darien Street in Philadelphia, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Officers immediately transported him to Temple University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
