In the winter of 2011, a case of mistaken identity tragically cut short the life of 18-year-old Charles Andre' Johnson in Philadelphia. The young man, who was an expectant father and engaged to be married, had a promising future ahead of him with plans to pursue a degree in engineering. He was known for his compassionate nature, which he demonstrated through his work at his family's business, where he cared for over 100 adults with chronic mental illnesses.
