In the late afternoon of August 23rd, 25-year-old Abdul Vicks, a male rapper from West Philadelphia known as YBC Dul, was driving in the Olney neighborhood. As he sat in his car at a stop light on the 5500 block of North Fairhill Street, another vehicle pulled up alongside his.
