On the evening of Thursday, March 2, 2023, at approximately 9:15 p.m., Philadelphia Police officers responded to a distress call on the 4300 block of North Marshall Street. Upon arrival, they discovered 27-year-old Ronny Payano Roa lying in the street, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The officers immediately transported him to Temple University Hospital, where, despite medical efforts, he succumbed to his injuries in the early hours of Friday, March 3, 2023.
