In the late hours of a Friday night in Philadelphia, tragedy struck a 31-year-old man named James Carrington III. On November 6, 2020, at approximately 11:18 p.m., Philadelphia Police officers were called to the 5100 block of Arch Street. There, they discovered Carrington suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He succumbed to his injuries on November 7, 2020.
