James Carrington III, a 31-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on November 6, 2020, in Philadelphia, PA. He was discovered suffering from multiple gunshot wounds on the 5100 block of Arch Street around 11:18 p.m. Despite the immediate response from Philadelphia Police officers who rushed him to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, Carrington succumbed to his injuries the following day.
