Shaheem Malachi Bascom, an 18-year-old male, was fatally shot in the chest on the evening of May 10, 2021. The incident occurred around 9:45 p.m. at the intersection of Flatbush Avenue and Farragut Road in the Flatlands neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York.
