Jorge Sanango, a 21-year-old resident of Brooklyn, NY, was tragically shot and killed on October 2, 2021, in the lobby of his apartment building in Sunset Park. Sanango was discovered with a gunshot wound to his chest and was immediately rushed to NYU Langone Hospital Brooklyn, where he succumbed to his injuries.
