On a Monday afternoon, February 24, 2020, the life of 35-year-old James Suggs was tragically cut short in the Farragut Houses complex in Brooklyn, New York. Responding to a 911 call at approximately 3:30 p.m., police discovered Suggs on the first floor of a building on Sands Street, unconscious and unresponsive with a gunshot wound to his face.
