Christopher Phillips, a 27-year-old resident of Brooklyn, New York, tragically lost his life on August 28, 2015. The incident occurred at the Buda Hookah Lounge in the Prospect Lefferts Gardens section of Brooklyn. Phillips was shot multiple times in the head and torso during an altercation inside the lounge. The shooting, which took place around 3 a.m., was captured on surveillance video.
