On March 12, 2023, 29-year-old Jorge Salvador was fatally shot in the torso outside a deli located at 2815 Avenue U in the Sheepshead Bay neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York. The incident occurred around 8:25 p.m. Salvador and two of his brothers were inside the deli when they became involved in an argument with two other men.
