Medical personnel responded to the 3700 block of North Bouvier Street and found James unresponsive, suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite their efforts, he was pronounced deceased at 7:22 p.m. The Philadelphia Police Department has classified his death as an unsolved murder and is actively seeking information from the public to help solve the case.
