On May 26, 2024, at approximately 10:57 p.m., Philadelphia Police responded to reports of gunfire on the 2500 block of North Stanley Street in the Strawberry Mansion neighborhood. Upon arrival, officers discovered over 20 spent shell casings at the scene, indicating a significant exchange of gunfire.

Shortly thereafter, 23-year-old Anthony Turner was transported by private vehicle to Temple University Hospital, suffering from gunshot wounds to his chest and neck. Despite medical effort ...
