Shortly thereafter, 23-year-old Anthony Turner was transported by private vehicle to Temple University Hospital, suffering from gunshot wounds to his chest and neck.
Despite medical efforts, Turner was pronounced dead at 11:17 p.m.
The circumstances leading to the shooting remain unclear, and as of now, no arrests have been made.
