On January 21, 2024, at approximately 8:08 p.m., Philadelphia Police officers responded to a report of a shooting at an apartment building located on the 200 block of Locust Street. Upon arrival, they discovered 31-year-old Omar Littlejohn lying in a hallway, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite prompt medical attention, Littlejohn succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
