On the evening of March 8, 2016, at approximately 8:30 p.m., 31-year-old Phillip Miller was found lying in the street on the 2400 block of North Hollywood Street in Philadelphia's Strawberry Mansion neighborhood. He had sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was promptly transported to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead upon arrival.
