On the evening of February 23, 2022, a tragic series of events unfolded on the 3000 block of West Arizona Street in Philadelphia's Strawberry Mansion neighborhood. Inside a silver Kia Optima, 20-year-old Juan Carlos Sanchez and his passenger, 19-year-old Iyad Muhammad, were fatally shot in the back of the head.
