Angel L. Torres III, a 22-year-old Hispanic male from Philadelphia, PA, tragically passed away on December 5, 2021. He was fatally shot during a triple shooting outside an after-hours club on the 3200 block of North Front Street in North Philadelphia. The incident occurred early in the morning after Torres and his friends had been watching college basketball and later visited the club. Alongside Torres, 22-year-old Brian Madera was also killed, while a third victim was injured.
