Tommie Frazier III, an 18-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on July 21, 2021, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was killed in a drive-by shooting while sitting in a car with friends at 56th and Vine Streets, just before heading to a basketball court.
