Naeem Garfield, a 23-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on December 30, 2015, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was fatally shot in the head while playing dice with a group of men on the corner of Salford and Market Streets. The incident occurred during an argument that erupted over accusations of cheating. Naeem was transported to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center but succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival.
