On May 22, 2023, at approximately 3:08 a.m., Philadelphia Police responded to reports of a shooting on the 1700 block of North Ruby Street in the Wynnefield neighborhood. Upon arrival, officers discovered two male victims lying in the street, both suffering from gunshot wounds. One of the victims, identified as 30-year-old Alhaji Mohamed Koroma, was transported to Lankenau Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased at 3:33 a.m. The second victim, 26-year-old Ahmed "Meddy" Koroma, was pronounced ...
