On May 22, 2023, at approximately 3:08 a.m., Philadelphia Police responded to reports of a shooting on the 1700 block of North Ruby Street in the Wynnefield neighborhood. Upon arrival, officers discovered two male victims lying in the street, both suffering from gunshot wounds.
