In the early evening of July 17, 2022, the life of 33-year-old Edward Studvent, a Black/African American male, was tragically cut short in Lexington, Kentucky. At approximately 6:44 p.m., police responded to a call of a shooting on Hedgewood Court. Upon their arrival, they discovered Studvent suffering from a gunshot wound.
