In the early morning hours of July 22, 2017, the life of 29-year-old Charles Shryock was tragically cut short on the streets of Lexington, Kentucky. Shryock was fatally shot near the intersection of East Third Street and Race Street in what authorities have described as a robbery gone wrong. Police responded to a call about a disorder with a weapon at approximately 5:35 a.m. and found Shryock on East Second Street.
