In the late evening of June 22, 2024, Philadelphia Police Officer Jaime Junior Roman, a 31-year-old male, was on patrol in the Kensington neighborhood with his partner. They initiated a traffic stop on F Street, discovering that the vehicle was unregistered and the driver lacked a license.
