On the evening of Saturday, July 15, 2023, at approximately 10:06 p.m., Philadelphia Police officers responded to reports of gunfire in the 3000 block of Page Street. Upon arrival, they discovered 43-year-old Lamar Alston lying in the street at the intersection of 30th and Page Streets, suffering from gunshot wounds.
