Milan Loncar, a 25-year-old man of Serbian ethnicity, was tragically killed on January 13, 2021, while walking his dog in the Brewerytown neighborhood of Philadelphia, PA. Loncar, a recent graduate of Temple University, was approached by two men who attempted to rob him. During the robbery, one of the assailants shot Loncar in the chest, and he later died at Temple University Hospital.
