Ryan Lawrence Higgins, 29, was last seen on July 25, 2010, in the vicinity of State Road 52 and Shady Hills Road in Spring Hill, Florida. Higgins walked away from his residence at 16627 Monteverde Drive in Spring Hill and has not been seen or heard from since. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as a Caucasian male with brown hair and hazel eyes, standing at 5'10" and weighing between 160 and 190 pounds. He has a tattoo of a fish on his left arm and a phoenix on his right leg.
