On February 11, 2024, at approximately midnight, Philadelphia Police officers responded to a report on the 3600 block of North Warnock Street in the Tioga section of the city. Upon arrival, they discovered 22-year-old Destin Santana lying in the street, having suffered a single gunshot wound behind his right ear. Medical personnel pronounced him deceased at the scene.
