In the heart of Philadelphia, on the day after Christmas in 2022, a life was tragically cut short. Patrick H. Bryan, a 31-year-old White / Caucasian male, was found inside an apartment on the 1500 block of Ridge Avenue. The call came in just before one in the afternoon, and when Philadelphia Police officers arrived, they discovered Patrick lying on a bedroom floor, having been struck by gunfire.
